What we collect
When you use the free pitch deck audit, we collect: your company name, sector, stage, target raise amount, geography, your pitch deck file (PDF), and — only if you request the detailed report — your name, email address, and optional phone number.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your pitch deck audit, deliver the detailed report by email, and (with your permission via the call booking flow) to follow up about advisory services. Your pitch deck content is shared with Anthropic's Claude API for the scoring step — see Anthropic's own privacy terms for their handling. Anthropic does not train on data sent via the API.
Confidentiality of your deck
Your pitch deck is treated as strictly confidential. It is stored encrypted at rest, accessible only to Sahaj Kothari and Capzara's audit system. We do not share, sell, or repurpose your deck. We will delete your deck and all associated data on written request — email sahaj@capzara.com and we'll complete deletion within 7 business days.
Retention
Audit submissions and decks are retained until you request deletion or for as long as we have a legitimate business reason (typically while we are actively engaged with you, or to maintain follow-up history). You can request a full export or deletion at any time.
Third-party processors
We use the following processors strictly for the audit funnel: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (storage and database, EU region), Anthropic (deck scoring), Resend (transactional email), and Notion (internal CRM). Each processes your data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and similar regimes, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email sahaj@capzara.com for any request.
